Is your matcha certified?

Yes! Our matcha is sourced from a trusted partner farm certified under FSSC 22000, JAS Organic, US FDA, and HALAL standards.

These certifications ensure that our matcha meets strict international requirements for quality and safety, from cultivation to packaging.

Where is your matcha sourced from?

Our matcha is sourced directly from Shimane and Kyoto, Japan.

Where are you based and where do you ship to?

We are based in Quezon City, Philippines and ship nationwide!

When are deliveries shipped out?

Deliveries are booked daily at 9PM and are typically picked up by our courier the day after (excluding Sundays and Holidays due to the availability/policy of our courier).

Shipments for orders paid past this cut-off time will be booked the next day.

Do you accept self-booked deliveries?

We do! However, we only cater to them on weekends due to the team's availability.

How should I store my matcha?

Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Refrigeration helps extend freshness—just make sure it’s sealed tight to prevent humidity exposure.

Are you open to partnerships/wholesale orders?

We’re not offering partnerships or wholesale orders right now, but we plan to in the future! We’ll share updates once we are open to those opportunities 🧡
